The JBM-4RF Upright Metallurgical Microscope (Trinocular) is a high-performance microscope designed for precision inspection and analysis of metals, semiconductors, electronic components, PCBs, precision castings, and other industrial materials. Equipped with an advanced infinity optical system, bright field reflected illumination, and transmitted LED illumination, it delivers sharp, high-contrast images for research, quality control, and industrial testing.
The microscope features a trinocular observation head for digital imaging, infinity semi-apochromatic metallurgical objectives, a precision mechanical stage, and a DIC-ready optical system. Its ergonomic design and versatile illumination make it ideal for metallurgical laboratories, research institutes, universities, and manufacturing industries.
